Refund & Cancellation Policy 

At NLC Design, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and digital product purchases made through our platform.

1. Digital Products

NLC Design primarily sells digital design files including:

Embroidery Designs

Hotfix Designs

Jacquard Designs

Laser Cutting Designs

CNC Design Files

Other Digital Design Products


Since these products are delivered digitally, special refund conditions apply.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the digital file has been downloaded or delivered.

Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.

Payment deducted but order not delivered.

Corrupted or inaccessible file provided.

Technical issue caused by NLC Design resulting in non-delivery of the purchased product.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Accidental purchase by the customer.

Lack of software knowledge required to use the design.

Customer downloading the file and later requesting a refund.

Incorrect selection of design by the customer.

Issues related to customer hardware, software, or internet connection.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to the original payment source used during purchase.

Actual credit time depends on the customer's bank or payment provider.

6. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the order is not completed:

Customers should contact NLC Design support.

After verification, the order will either be completed or refunded.

7. Fraud Prevention

NLC Design reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases involving:

Abuse of refund policy

Fraudulent activity

Unauthorized payment disputes

Violation of Terms & Conditions
